If you're a clinician, refer instead
If you're a physician, NP, PA, MA, or another licensed clinician, you can still send people to Bloom360. You get a referral link and a code, and the person you refer gets money off their membership. You also don’t see who signed up. Clinician referrals are not eligible for ambassador commissions.

Is there a follower minimum?
No, there’s no follower minimum. Every creator gets the same opportunity regardless of the size of their following.
Is this an affiliate program?
Yes, in how it works. It's open to anyone, you get your own code and link, and you earn for every person who joins with it. There's no invite list and no follower minimum.
Can I join if I've never done affiliate work before?
Yes! Once you’re approved, you’ll get your own code and a short creator guide to help you get started.
Can I join if I'm a doctor, NP, PA, or MA?
The ambassador program is not open to licensed healthcare providers. If you’re a physician, NP, PA, or MA, we have a separate clinician referral program designed for you. It gives you a referral link and lets the people you refer get a discount on their membership.
I'm a dietitian, nurse, or health coach. Can I join?
Licensed healthcare professionals, including dietitians, nurses, and health coaches, are not eligible for the ambassador program. If you hold a clinical license, we’d ask you to use our clinician referral program instead. If you do not hold a clinical license (for example, a non-licensed wellness coach or fitness influencer), you’re welcome to apply as an ambassador.
Do I need to disclose that I’m an ambassador?
Yes. The FTC requires you to clearly disclose your relationship with Bloom360 whenever you promote us. We’ll provide simple language you can use, like #ad or #sponsored. Full details are in the Ambassador Program Agreement.
Is Bloom360 health insurance?
No. Bloom360 is a membership-based primary care service, not health insurance.

The ambassador program is open to non-clinician creators only. Licensed healthcare providers (including physicians, NPs, PAs, MAs, dietitians, nurses, and other clinical licensees) are not eligible.
